Compare Party Bus Rentals in Tempe
Partybusscottsdale.net is not a bus company. It is a quote-comparison website that makes finding group transportation in Tempe fast and genuinely easy. Enter your trip details once — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — and instantly see vehicle options and pricing from a large network of independently owned transportation companies serving Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the entire East Valley.
No account required. No waiting on hold. No obligation to book.
The whole idea is straightforward: instead of hunting down individual companies one at a time, describing your trip over and over, and trying to compare quotes that never quite line up side by side — you fill out one form and get real pricing in under a minute. Whether your group needs a 15-passenger party bus for a birthday night on Mill Avenue or a full 40-56 passenger charter bus for a corporate shuttle between Tempe and Sky Harbor — Partybusscottsdale.net puts the options right in front of you. Call 480-210-7905 any time for a free quote, or use the online form for instant results.

Explore The Tempe Charter Bus & Party Bus Amenities
Not every Tempe group trip calls for the same ride. A 25-passenger party bus typically comes loaded with LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, wraparound perimeter seating, and flat-panel TVs — the right setup for a bachelorette crawl down Mill Avenue or a birthday night that runs past midnight. A minibus trades the party features for powerful climate control, reclining seats, and overhead storage — ideal for corporate shuttles between Tempe offices and Phoenix Sky Harbor, or a neat wedding guest loop between hotel blocks and ceremony venues in Old Town Scottsdale.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms for longer hauls — perfect when your group is heading west to State Farm Stadium or north to Salt River Fields. Amenities vary by vehicle, and the comparison tool makes it easy to see exactly what each bus includes before you commit to anything.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 480-210-7905 before booking.

A 30-passenger party bus runs approximately $300–$375 weekday and $325–$425 on weekends.
A charter bus for a longer group haul starts around $200–$350 per hour regardless of the day. A minibus — a great fit for corporate shuttles and wedding hops — runs $200–$250 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 on weekends.

More Choices on Tempe Party Buses, One Search
Because coordinating group transportation in Tempe is genuinely complicated — and this site takes most of that complexity off your plate. Mill Avenue gets congested on weekend nights. Phoenix Sky Harbor is three miles from downtown Tempe and a logistical puzzle at peak hours.
Sun Devil Stadium sits in the middle of a dense campus grid where street parking disappears by noon on game day. Desert Ridge Marketplace, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Talking Stick Resort — every major destination in the metro has its own parking reality, and most of them aren't great for groups arriving in multiple cars.
Partybusscottsdale.net gives you a way to compare buses and pricing from multiple transportation providers at once — without calling each one individually, without creating an account, and without any obligation to book. You get TONS of vehicle options from companies already serving the Tempe area, all visible in one place. And if you'd rather talk it through with a person, a team is available every day of the year at 480-210-7905 to build a custom quote around your exact headcount, date, and itinerary.
That's it. No runaround.
Tempe Party Bus & Charter Bus Services
Whatever brings your group together in Tempe — a Pac-12 game at Sun Devil Stadium, a birthday crawl down Mill Avenue, a morning airport transfer, a wedding weekend shuttle, or a corporate off-site — Partybusscottsdale.net makes it easy to find the right vehicle and get pricing fast. Explore the full list of services below, or call 480-210-7905 now.

Tempe Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (3400 E Sky Harbor Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85034) sits roughly three miles west of downtown Tempe — close enough that it feels simple, complicated enough that groups get it wrong constantly. Terminal 4 handles the bulk of departures and arrivals, and ground transportation pickup for pre-arranged vehicles uses the designated commercial vehicle lanes on the Arrivals level. Have your whole group assembled with luggage before your bus moves to the curb — Sky Harbor enforces its curbside timing rules, and a charter bus sitting in a live traffic lane draws attention fast.
For large groups flying into Sky Harbor — a corporate retreat, a destination wedding party, a tour group — a Tempe airport charter bus eliminates the scramble entirely. Instead of splitting twenty-five people across six rideshares and watching half the group end up at the wrong terminal exit, one bus collects everyone from the same Arrivals door and heads directly to your hotel, venue, or first stop in the Valley. Call 480-210-7905 to set up your Sky Harbor group transfer.

Tempe Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Mill Avenue in downtown Tempe is one of the best walkable bar strips in the Phoenix metro — House of Tricks, Rula Bula Irish Pub, Four Peaks Brewing Company's Mill Ave location, Casey Moore's Oyster House — and it connects seamlessly to the Old Town Scottsdale bar scene roughly 10 miles north via the 101 or Scottsdale Road. The problem is that Mill Avenue itself has extremely limited parking on Friday and Saturday nights, and most of the public lots within two blocks fill well before 9pm.
A Tempe bachelorette party bus rental from Partybusscottsdale.net means nobody in your group has to park, nobody has to navigate home, and the group stays together from the first stop to the last call. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus comes with LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and wraparound seating — the right size for most bachelorette groups hitting Mill Ave and then sliding up to Old Town. Call 480-210-7905 to lock in your date before the weekend you want is gone.

Tempe Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable entrances you can arrange for a milestone birthday in Tempe — and the East Valley has no shortage of venues to anchor the night around. From sweet sixteen celebrations at Tempe event halls to adult milestone birthdays that wind through Old Town Scottsdale's rooftop bars and end at Desert Ridge Marketplace, Partybusscottsdale.net makes it easy to find the right vehicle and get pricing fast.
A Tempe birthday party bus rental seating 15 to 50 passengers lets your group ride together, keep the energy up between stops, and arrive at every venue as a group — instead of trickling in across twenty minutes as people circle for parking. 15-passenger, 20-passenger, and 25-passenger party buses are a popular size for birthday nights in Tempe; larger groups can step up to a 40-passenger or 50-passenger party bus for bigger celebrations. Use the online form or call 480-210-7905 to check availability.

Tempe Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Tempe sits at the center of one of the busiest concert markets in the Southwest. Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre (formerly Ak-Chin Pavilion, 2121 N 83rd Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85035) draws major touring acts all spring and fall, and getting there from Tempe means navigating I-10 West — a highway that becomes a parking lot after a 20,000-capacity show lets out. The venue's own guidance recommends carpooling and ridesharing, but coordinating rideshare pickups in a packed amphitheater lot at 11pm is its own separate problem.
A Tempe concert bus rental through Partybusscottsdale.net solves this: your group boards together, the route is handled, and pickup after the show is already arranged — no regrouping in a dark lot, no surge pricing, no leaving before the encore to beat traffic. For ASU Gammage concerts right on campus (1200 S Forest Ave, Tempe, AZ 85281), parking on the ASU campus is permit-enforced and genuinely limited on event nights, making a party bus drop-off even smarter. Call 480-210-7905 to compare concert bus options today.

Tempe Corporate Event Transportation
Tempe's corporate corridor runs along the south Tempe lakefront, up the 101 toward Scottsdale's Airpark, and into Downtown Phoenix — and shuttling employees or clients between those points during a conference or off-site means fighting some of the Valley's most reliably bad peak-hour traffic. The I-10/Loop 202 interchange near Tempe sees consistent congestion during morning and evening commute windows, and self-parking at hotel conference centers along Rio Salado Parkway can run $15–$25 per vehicle per day.
A Tempe corporate event charter bus or minibus keeps your team together and on schedule — whether you're shuttling a group from a Tempe Town Lake hotel to a Phoenix convention center, running a loop between office campuses, or moving clients from Sky Harbor to a Scottsdale Airpark event. A minibus seats up to 35 and offers reclining seats and climate control for comfortable daytime transfers; a full charter bus adds onboard restrooms and undercarriage storage for longer hauls or multi-stop itineraries. Call 480-210-7905 to discuss group corporate rates.

Tempe Private Event Transportation Services
The Tempe Festival of the Arts — held twice a year along Mill Avenue in late November/early December and again in late March/early April — draws over 150,000 visitors across three days and shuts down Mill Ave from 3rd Street to University Drive. Street parking within a half-mile of the festival disappears by 10am on Saturday, and rideshare demand in the area spikes significantly during afternoon peak hours. Groups visiting the festival in numbers would spend most of their Saturday hunting for parking in the ASU area.
A Tempe private event charter bus drops your group at the perimeter and stages nearby, so the parking problem simply doesn't exist for you. The same logic applies to the Tempe Ironman Arizona each November, which closes significant portions of the lakefront loop and surrounding streets — rideshare routes get rerouted and travel times balloon. Book as soon as your event date is confirmed; festival-weekend slots fill weeks ahead.
Call 480-210-7905 for a quote built around your specific itinerary.

Tempe Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Tempe — and across the entire East Valley, including Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert — runs from late April through mid-May, and demand for party buses spikes hard across that six-week window. McClintock, Marcos de Niza, Corona del Sol, Desert Vista, and Tempe High all hold their formals within the same narrow calendar, and the 15- to 30-passenger party buses that prom groups want fill up fast. For prom: book by January or expect premium pricing and limited availability by March.
It's not an exaggeration — a bus that costs $275/hour in January can run $375–$425/hour or simply be unavailable by April. Partybusscottsdale.net makes it easy to compare vehicles side by side and lock in your date before the availability crunch hits. A Tempe prom party bus keeps the whole group together, keeps parents comfortable, and makes the night what it should be — no stress, no logistics. Call 480-210-7905 now to check what's still available on your date.

Tempe School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Tempe-area schools and Arizona State University groups have no shortage of nearby destinations that work well for field trips — the Arizona Museum of Natural History in Mesa (53 N Macdonald, Mesa, AZ 85201), the i.d.e.a. Museum in Mesa (150 W Pepper Pl, Mesa, AZ 85201), and the Tempe History Museum (809 E Southern Ave, Tempe, AZ 85282) are all within a short drive of most East Valley campuses. For longer day trips, the Arizona Science Center (600 E Washington St, Phoenix, AZ 85004) requires navigating downtown Phoenix surface streets and parking structures that aren't built for school buses.
A Tempe school event charter bus keeps students together from pickup to drop-off without the carpooling coordination that eats into teachers' planning time. Charter buses in the network offer overhead storage for bags and gear, climate control for Arizona's heat, and onboard restrooms on select vehicles — meaning no emergency pit stops on a 45-minute drive to Phoenix. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; mention it when you request your quote.
Call 480-210-7905 to find the right fit for your group size.

Tempe Sporting Event Transportation
Sun Devil Stadium (500 E Veterans Way, Tempe, AZ 85281) sits in the heart of the ASU campus, hemmed in by residential neighborhoods and surface lots that hit capacity well before kickoff for high-demand games. The nearest large public structure — the Apache Boulevard garage and the Rural Road area lots — fill early on rivalry game weekends, and walking from the edge of the campus grid can run 15–20 minutes each way. After the final whistle, Rural Road and University Drive both back up significantly as tens of thousands of fans try to exit at once.
A Tempe charter bus to Sun Devil Stadium drops your group at the stadium perimeter and picks everyone up at an agreed point after the game — no lot fee, no post-game walk, and the tailgate starts the moment you board. For Arizona Rattlers indoor football games at Desert Diamond Arena (9400 W Maryland Ave, Glendale, AZ 85305), the drive from Tempe is roughly 35 miles west — long enough that coordinating multiple cars becomes a real hassle. A charter bus handles the I-10 West run as one unit.
Check out the Salt River Fields bus rental guide and the State Farm Stadium guide for additional game-day logistics. Call 480-210-7905 to compare your options.

Tempe Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Tempe Town Lake venues — including The Island Hotel, Tempe Mission Palms (60 E 5th St, Tempe, AZ 85281), and the Marriott at the Buttes (2000 Westcourt Way, Tempe, AZ 85282) — are among the most popular wedding destinations in the East Valley, and all of them sit in areas where guest self-parking is either metered, limited, or priced at $15–$25 per night in adjacent hotel garages. Guests arriving from Scottsdale hotels on a Saturday night are looking at 20–30 minutes of drive time and a real parking search at the end of it.
A Tempe wedding shuttle bus solves the guest logistics entirely. A minibus or charter bus runs a timed loop between your hotel room block and the ceremony or reception venue, so guests arrive relaxed, on schedule, and without the parking stress. For the wedding party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a natural fit for the ceremony-day pickup — climate-controlled, comfortable, and the right size for the bridal party without the excess.
Call 480-210-7905 to build a custom shuttle schedule around your wedding timeline.

Tempe Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The East Valley's craft brewery scene has grown significantly, and Tempe sits right in the middle of it. Four Peaks Brewing Company (1340 E 8th St, Tempe, AZ 85281) — the Valley's largest craft brewery — anchors the Tempe taproom circuit and is an easy first stop. From there, a group can hit SanTan Brewing Company (8 S San Marcos Pl, Chandler, AZ 85225) in downtown Chandler, Fate Brewing Company in Scottsdale, or join the string of tasting rooms along the Scottsdale Road corridor heading north into Old Town.
A Tempe pub crawl party bus rental keeps your group moving between stops without anyone dealing with parking at each location — Four Peaks' lot is notoriously small for the crowd it draws, and downtown Chandler's street parking fills on weekend evenings. The minibus is a smart pick for this kind of multi-stop itinerary: it's more maneuverable on surface streets than a full charter bus and holds up to 35 people comfortably. Use the form or call 480-210-7905 to see what's available on your date.

How much does a party bus cost in Tempe?
Tempe party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, the date, and how long you need the bus. As a planning baseline: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350/hour on weekends. A 30-passenger party bus runs approximately $300–$375 weekday and $325–$425 on weekends.
A charter bus starts around $200–$350/hour. Pricing shifts with demand, specific dates, and the vehicle — fill out the form or call 480-210-7905 and you could have a quote for your actual trip in about a minute. See the party bus prices page for the full range breakdown.
Is parking really that difficult at Sun Devil Stadium?
Yes — and it catches first-timers off guard. Sun Devil Stadium is completely surrounded by the ASU campus grid, and most stadium-adjacent surface lots are permit-only for residents and faculty. The nearest public structures along Rural Road and Apache Boulevard fill up 2–3 hours before kickoff on high-demand games (rivalry weekends, homecoming, bowl-eligible late-season games).
Walking from the outer parking areas runs 15–20 minutes each direction. A charter bus drops your group at the stadium perimeter and handles the post-game pickup — that walk becomes someone else's problem entirely.
What's the best vehicle size for a Mill Avenue bar crawl?
For most Mill Avenue groups — typically 15 to 25 people — a 20-passenger or 25-passenger party bus is the right fit. It's large enough for the full group and smaller enough to maneuver on the surface streets connecting Mill Ave stops and Old Town Scottsdale if you're extending the night north. Bigger groups of 30–40 should look at a 30-passenger party bus.
The comparison tool lets you see exactly what amenities each vehicle includes before you commit.
Can I get a bus from Tempe to Scottsdale for a night out?
Absolutely — and it's one of the most popular routes in the network. The Tempe Mill Ave corridor and Old Town Scottsdale's bar district are about 10 miles apart via Scottsdale Road or the 101, and the combination makes for a great full-night itinerary. A party bus handles the transfer between neighborhoods so the group stays together and no one's navigating back roads at midnight. Partybusscottsdale.net shows you options for exactly this kind of multi-stop, multi-city itinerary.
Call 480-210-7905 to talk through the routing.
Do buses serve destinations outside the Tempe city limits?
Yes. The network covers the entire Phoenix metro — Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, and beyond. Long-haul trips to venues like Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in west Phoenix, Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, or even day trips to Sedona or Flagstaff are available through the network.
Just enter your full itinerary into the form and the comparison tool will show what's available for that route. Longer trips are often where a full charter bus with onboard restrooms earns its keep most.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events, at least four to eight weeks ahead is a solid target — earlier if your date falls near a major event. ASU home football games (September–November), Tempe Festival of the Arts (late March/April and late November/December), and Ironman Arizona (November) all create demand spikes that push pricing up and availability down fast. For prom season (late April through mid-May): book no later than January.
The East Valley's prom calendar packs multiple schools into the same six-week window, and the buses groups want are genuinely gone by spring. The sooner you call 480-210-7905, the more options you have — and the better the price.
Popular Tempe Party Bus Destinations
Tempe is packed with venues worth arriving at as a group — from the stadium on the ASU campus to the taprooms along 8th Street and the lakefront event spaces along Rio Salado. Here are six destinations where a party bus or charter bus makes a real logistical difference.

Sun Devil Stadium
Sun Devil Stadium (500 E Veterans Way, Tempe, AZ 85281) seats roughly 53,000 and hosts Arizona State Sun Devils football, major concerts, and international soccer matches. The stadium is embedded in the ASU campus grid, which means there is no massive adjacent surface lot the way a suburban stadium might have — public parking is spread across campus structures and remote lots, and game-day demand fills the closest options hours before kickoff. University Drive and Rural Road both congest heavily post-game.
A charter bus drops the group at the stadium perimeter and eliminates the lot fee and the post-game walk entirely. Check the Scottsdale Stadium bus rental guide for additional nearby venue logistics. Address: 500 E Veterans Way, Tempe, AZ 85281.
Phone: (480) 965-2381.

Four Peaks Brewing Company
Four Peaks Brewing Company (1340 E 8th St, Tempe, AZ 85281) is the largest craft brewery in Arizona and one of the most visited taprooms in the entire Southwest. The original Tempe location occupies a converted 1890s creamery building and draws large crowds on weekend evenings — a fact its parking lot was not designed to accommodate. Street parking on 8th Street fills by 7pm on Friday and Saturday, and the adjacent residential streets post permit signs.
For groups of 10 or more arriving by private bus, the street in front of the brewery handles a drop-off and pickup loop efficiently, eliminating the per-car parking search entirely. A minibus is the right size for most brewery tour groups and is far easier to stage on the surrounding surface streets than a full charter bus. Address: 1340 E 8th St, Tempe, AZ 85281.
Phone: (480) 303-9967.

Tempe Marketplace
Tempe Marketplace (2000 E Rio Salado Pkwy, Tempe, AZ 85281) is an open-air retail and entertainment complex on the north shore of Tempe Town Lake, with over 100 stores, restaurants, a movie theater, and a live event stage that hosts free concerts and seasonal events. Parking at the Marketplace itself is free and ample for individual cars, but for large groups arriving from hotels or the ASU campus, coordinating multiple vehicles into the same lot entrance and regrouping afterward can get messy — especially on event nights when the stage draws crowds from across the Valley. A minibus or charter bus drops the entire group at the main plaza entrance on Rio Salado and stages in the outer lot during the visit.
Address: 2000 E Rio Salado Pkwy, Tempe, AZ 85281. Phone: (480) 966-9338.

ASU Gammage
ASU Gammage (1200 S Forest Ave, Tempe, AZ 85281) is a Frank Lloyd Wright-designed performing arts venue on the southern edge of the ASU campus with a 3,017-seat capacity. It hosts Broadway touring productions, major concerts, and university events throughout the academic year. Parking on the ASU campus during evening performances is permit-enforced in most structures, and the nearest public lot options can be a 10–15 minute walk from the Gammage entrance.
The venue's own guidance directs patrons to the Gammage Parking Structure (accessible from Forest Ave), which fills early for sold-out shows. A party bus or minibus drops your group at the Forest Avenue entrance and handles post-show pickup so no one's hunting for a car in an unfamiliar campus lot at 11pm. Address: 1200 S Forest Ave, Tempe, AZ 85281.
Phone: (480) 965-3434.

Salt River Fields at Talking Stick
Salt River Fields at Talking Stick (7555 N Pima Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85258) is one of the most highly rated spring training facilities in Major League Baseball, shared by the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks. With a capacity just over 11,000 and a reputation for selling out early, the facility draws visitors from across the Valley every February and March. Parking at Salt River Fields costs $10 per vehicle, and the surrounding Pima Road corridor sees significant backup after games as everyone exits simultaneously.
A charter bus from Tempe handles the roughly 20-minute drive up the 101 and drops your group near the entrance — then picks everyone up at the same spot post-game while the individual-car crowd sits in the exit queue. See the full Salt River Fields bus rental guide for more. Address: 7555 N Pima Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.
Phone: (480) 270-5000.

Mill Avenue District
Mill Avenue (Mill Ave, Tempe, AZ 85281) is Tempe's main entertainment corridor — roughly a half-mile strip from University Drive south to 6th Street, lined with restaurants, bars, comedy clubs, and live music venues. It is the most walkable nightlife destination in the East Valley and is most popular on Thursday through Saturday nights when ASU is in session. The public parking structures at 5th Street and Mill Avenue and at Farmer Avenue fill completely by 9pm on busy weekends, and street parking on the surrounding blocks switches to residential permit zones.
A party bus drops your group right on Mill and stages a few blocks away — no parking structure fee, no circling, and pickup is already arranged when your group is ready to move on to the next stop. Address: Mill Ave & University Dr, Tempe, AZ 85281.
